Data Breakpoints IVF 10.1.025/VS 2008 Pro SP1

I tried to add a data brekpoint by going Breakpoints->Add Data Breakpoint and typing in IARRAY(16), and clicking OK. The data breakpoint doesn't get set. Did something change for this particular combination of VS/IVF?
