Enhancement request for VS integration

Has anyone ever accidentally clicked clean instead of build or link?

Unlike deleting source there is no confirmation prompt so I then have a painful 20 minute wait to get back my build.

I don't think we get control for such an event. Since what gets cleaned is always recoverable with a build, I gues MS saw no need for what many would consider a superfluous prompt.
