Fatal: There has been an internal compiler error (C0000005)

DearIntel Visual Fortran Support System Manager

I am using the trial version on intel visual fortran (ver 11.01.65). When I am debuging it there is a compiler error as Fatal: There has been an internal compiler error (C0000005). Some times one such error and some times more. I've attached the file. I am Ph. D. Candidate who is applied Intel Visual Fortran Programming in her thesis programming. Would you please help me.

I can't see the attached file either. Please see the link my signature for instructions on how to attach files. An internal compiler error is always a compiler error. You can also try upgrading to the 12.0 version of the product, Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE which you should be able to do if you have an active support contract.
