Fortran 2003 and pthreads

Are there any plans to provide a pthreads API in Fortran. Also is it simply a matter of creating a module or is it more complicated than that?

Looks as if someone's already done this. See here. This should work in Intel Fortran 10 (once you have renamed the file to the .f90 file type). I'd be interested in learning of your experience with this.
