Hey,
I installed OneAPI (base and HPC) and Visual studio 2022. However, Fortran language is not recognized in Visual studio. Could it be possible that this issue is related to my surface 11 edition processor (Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100) ?? How can I fix that?

First, I'll comment that Intel Fortran does not support code generation for ARM processors. I don't know if it will refuse to install on such a system. Second, I'll ask if you followed the instructions in Installing Microsoft Visual Studio* for Use with Intel® Compilers

Thank you, Steve. As a result, I cannot use Fortran language on my Surface Pro (because It uses ARM processors). Am I right?

There are other Fortran compilers that you may be able to use, e.g. gfortran (free) and NAG (must be paid for)

buy something like a Core i3 Intel NUC, quite cheap.
It is very small
Put it on your desk and use a KVM switch to connect to your monitor and keyboard etc.
Download VS 2022 - Preview works with Intel Fortran nicely.
Install Fortran
And then you can run your programs without interfering with your other main computer.
Unless you are into heavy duty programming - a modern core i3 is enough.
For remote access - Use a communications program, there are many to log onto your NUC3 from anywhere.
I am doing this at the moment at three sites in Iowa and the Smithsonian.
Total cost probably less than NAG and you get this site for free.
