Fortran error in VS 2019

I have VS 2022 and 2019 loaded. 

I updated to the latest compilers, last week. 

I was using a new Fortran program for one of the problems here, the TRUE problem. 

I created the problem in 2022, but it will not load in 2019.

Tried to repair install and got.

Can you create a new Fortran solution in VS 2019?  If you can, that will rule out a problem with the compiler integration with VS2019.

I had to reinstall everything, Fortran just stopped working on 2019 and 2022.   Could not repair it at all.

It installed - I got following errors.

The installation had a note about  graphics drivers as part of the install process. As my daughter says, trust the process.  When I finished my ARC Graphics driver could no longer find the screen, it all worked once it was reinstalled. 

Not sure who cares.
