MS Visual Studio 2019 doesn't open source code. What's the problem?

I checked on VS 2019 (v 16.11.3) + oneAPI 2021.4.0 - no problem with opening PSXE projects.

Try the following:

Right click on the project name in Solution Explorer and click Reload Project

16.11.4 is the latest, it caused my problem.  The simple fix does not work.

That is a different issue.

Supported versions are:

VS 2019 16.10.3 - full testing
VS 2019 16.11.2 - limited manual

https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/intel-compilers-compatibility-with-microsoft-visual-studio-and-xcode.html

In my testing 16.11.3 works fine with older Fortran projects.

I do not expect 16.11.4 to be fully supported until next Compiler release.

Thank you.  (Sometimes the blood drips onto the carpet.)

I should not ask, but when would you expect .5?
