I installed Intel FORTRAN 2016 Update 3 (current as of May 2016) and during the installation a Visual Studio 2013 Shell was created to assist me with the FORTRAN. I have never used Visual Studio but I have used Compaq FORTRAN 6.6c for years (just starting with Intel FORTRAN). However, there is "Nothing" there. I don't want "no" .NET anything. Merely want to compile my Many FORTRAN programs. So what is a VS 2013 Template for FORTRAN? and where does one get one for starter?
