I tried to upgrade my IVF 9.0 to the latest version and got this message in red: "The support period for your license has expired and you are not eligible to download this product update. Please purchase a renewal to extend support for your license." How do I "purchase a renewal"?

I suggest that you contact your local Intel reseller. i think you can search for these on the Intel site.

Hello,
Just added more possible helpful information:
I find your latest license support expired on May 2008. Since one renewal license can exntend another year of support from when the license expired on, you would need to purchase two renewals to extend your license to get your license to access the newest version.

However, as David says, it may be mroe cost-effective to buy a new license after two years.
