How to create a static EXE file in MPI and OpenMP using Visual Studio 2022

Developing currently a Fortran dynamic executable in VS'22 using both MPI and OpenMP with Intel OneAPI, it requires the installation of laborious Intel libraries to the computers where the executable is used. Can I create a static executable instead?
