That compiler version is a decade old, and is probably not available, even if you had purchased a license for that specific version in the past.
The good news, however, is that most projects can be built and run fine with the current version of the compiler.
My suggestion: download and install the current compiler, and try building your project. If you run into problems, you can come back here with reports on those problems and get them resolved.
