How to renew the non-commercial license?

I am a Ph.D. student using Intel Fortran compiler from past one year. Today, my license has expired. Please help me to renew my non-commercial license to complete my research work. I tried to renew at https://software.intel.com/en-us/qualify-for-free-software under Student category. Every time showing update my account page. Kindly help me to renew my account.
