IVF QWIN Vista Help?

I have successfully ported a program from CVF 6.6 to IVF 10.1.021 & the program runs properly with one exception. I do not think this is a compiler issue but I need help so I am asking people who might know the answer, those on this forum. My problem is missing graphics output in vertical bands that are 256 pixels wide. Every other 256 pixel band has points missing starting with the 2nd band. Some of the points show up after a query to the screen exits. The others output after the query remain unseen. There is file output being written to 2 files while the display shows the progress. This problem did not happen with the CVF code on an XP machine. I have a Dell Inspiron 1720 with Vista Home Premium and an NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics card. The display is running at 1920 x 1200. Has anyone experienced similar problems and how did you fix them?

If you take the CVF-compiled EXE and run it on Vista, what happens? If you take the IVF-compiled EXE and run it on XP, what happens?

I have run the experiment. As I expected it is not a compiler problem! Both compilers give the same results on each platform, missing points on Vista and all points displayed on XP. I also have updated the BIOS and NVIDIA drivers. Any other Ideas?

I have run another experiment with this problem. I was using the Windows Classic theme when the display problem surfaced. I have switched the theme to the Windows Vista theme and the display works as it does on Windows XP. Any ideas?

Sounds like a Vista bug - I don't know how we could help here.
