IVF and VS 2010 on Windows 8

Does anyone know if there are any issues using the lastest IVF compiler with VS 2010 on Windows 8? I am about to receive a new PC which has Windows 8 pre installed and I suspect certain applications will no longer work. I have been advised to scrap Office 2007 but I'm hoping I don't need to update VS.
