Do intel have any plan to release linux version of IVF in near future?

If you are referring to the Intel Fortran compiler plus the Integrated Development Environment currently available on Windows then that's not possible. IVF depends on and integrates into Microsoft's Visual Studio software which isn't available on Linux.

If you're looking for Linux alternative integrated development environment then a couple of options might beEmacs or Photran. Try searching the forum for previous posts regarding these.

I am almost happy with gvim, but while developing, I the do -block collapse type of facility which is available in an IDE named geany.

Something great can come if someone can merge the keyboard shortcuts etc of vim + these features....too much ??
