Integration of Fortran with Visual Studio Enterprise 2017/2019

I've been trying to get Parallel Studio XE 2020, Update 1, Cluster Edition to integrate with Visual Studio, Enterprise 2017 and/or 2019 (versions 15.9.14 and 16.5.4, respectively) but, try as I might, nothing shows up in Visual Studio.  Both version of Visual Studio have been installed with the Desktop development with C++ Workload.  The Visual Fortran installer, parallel_studio_xe_2020_update1_cluster_edition_setup.exe, ran to completion, including addition of the integration components for both versions of Visual Studio.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Visual Fortran as well as the two versions of Visual Studio.  I've tried the installation with only a single version of Visual Studio installed, I've tried the trouble shooting steps given in the article https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/troubleshooting-fortran-integration-issues-with-visual-studio to no avail (the installed versions of Visual Studio are the Enterprise Editions for 2017 and 2018, the libraries VFAVWin.dll, VFHieEditor.dll, VFProj.dll, and VFProjConvert.dll are present in both the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\shared files\VS Integration\VS15\Intel Fortran\VFPackages\ and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\shared files\VS Integration\VS16\Intel Fortran\VFPackages\ directories (file versions 19.1.55.15 and 19.1.55.16, respectively), and I've repaired the VS 2019 integration via:

cd %CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\intel\shared files\VS Integration\VS16\Intel Fortran\VFPackages
integrate.bat “<VsInstanceDir>\Common7\Tools\”  /u
integrate.bat “<VsInstanceDir>\Common7\Tools\”

and VS 2017 via the above, mutatis mutandis.  The integrate.bat file ran successfully for both the unregister and register steps.  Still nothing appears in either version of Visual Studio.  I'm at my wit's end.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In Visual Studio (either one), click Help > About, then Copy Info. Paste the result into a reply here. This may provide some helpful information.
