Intel Fortran Compiler 2025.0.4 Windows Offline Installer

For part of a QA task related to an in house developed software, I need the following version of the Intel Fortran compiler:

Intel(R) Fortran Compiler for applications running on Intel(R) 64 Version 2025.0.4 Build 20241205

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide the Windows offline installer for Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2025.0.4, or the standalone Intel Fortran Compiler 2025.0.4 package.
