Interesting 8x More Message Traffic for Fortran than C++

Unless I've interpreted incorrectly, there seems to beseveraltimes the number of messages for the Fortranproducts as the C products. Is C++ traffic archived/removed? Is Fortran more "troublesome"? Is the Fortran product more troublesome? Is Fortran programmer's "amateur" (i.e. non-professional programmer) status involved? :-)

None of the above. The Fortran forum was established years ago (under Compaq), so it has a larger user base. It serves both the Intel Fortran and Compaq Visual Fortran communities, which are larger than that of Intel C++.
Note that a lot of the questions here have to do with Win32 programming, where C++ users would look for answers to such questions elsewhere.
