Is my Open source serial number expired ?

My license has been published as [Open Source Contributors], just now (14/March/2020).

But, when I input my serial number, the message "Serial number is already registered." rise.

And, the [registrationcenter] denote the message "You have no registered products yet, please register one.".

 

Is it caused by change e-mail address at the same time ?

I would be very much obliged if you could answer this problem...

Nobody here can help with that problem. All licensing questions need to be submitted to the Intel Online Service Center.
