Licensing and installation problem on Windows system

I recently downloaded the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and the Intel Fortran Compiler for Windows onto my Vista 64-bit system. When trying to use it I get a error #10310 failed to enable trusted storage check for licensing.

Can you please advise how to correct this on a Windows platform?

Are you trying to use Visual Studio GUI without being Administrator?

Is this an install-time error? What license type do you have (commercial, evaluation, student, etc.)? Did you enter a serial number during the install?

Yes, that seems to be the problem...thank you so much. That was the quickest computer fix ever.
