Has anyone else had problems logging in to the Premier Support site?

I am getting a message telling me that I do not have an account!But I believe my supportdoes not expire untilOctober.

I have sent an email to quadsupport as suggested by the error message screen, but have had noreply asyet.

I had the same problem. In my case, they had invalidated my password for some reason and I had to change it.
