Need help with login at https://registrationcenter.intel.com

Sorry to post here. Cannot get help anwhere else. I am trying to log in at https://registrationcenter.intel.com and the password I had written down does not work. When I enter my login id (rymanjc-at-excite.com) and request a new password, nothing ever comes. An email to the old support email address is returned saying it is no longer active due to spam. Can someone from Intel please have a temporary password sent to me. I need to renew my support contract. Thanks.

Go tro https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/selfhelp.aspx and click "Submit a question/Start a chat". Use the chat feature if it is online or submit your question using the form.

Let me know if this doesn't work for you and I'll find someone on Monday to help you.

Looks as if Excite is blocking email from Intel. Here's what I get:

< mga11.intel.com #5.0.0 smtp; 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-'5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [192.55.52.93] blocked using blackholes.excite.com; Sender address rejected: Access denied Error: WS-19' (delivery attempts: 0)

Perhaps you can take this up with Excite. In the meantime, I'd suggest trying a different email address - perhaps one from Gmail.

I will take it up with excite. However, I am successfully receiving messages from Intel regarding the need to update my subscription. Thanks for the information.

Evidently Excite is blocking some Intel IPs and not others.

If I wish to use another email, do I need to reregister with my existing serial number? My current registration is tied to the excite.com email address. Thanks.

The simplest way is to recover your password, log in and change your email address. I think the "login ID" would stay the same - I'm not completely familiar with that side of things.

Did the "chat" help feature not work for you? If not, let me know and I'll get you help (I know whom to ask.)

Thanks. Chat worked. I have a new password. There appears to be no way to change email, but I will work that out with the chat support group.

Everything is finally fixed. Kudos to "Shamla" of your Chat Support Center! Boos to excite.com!

I will note that I have had trouble getting the Quick Login window on this site to pop up and the same with the Quick Reply windows. It usually takes several tries to get the window to pop up. I am using IE 6.
