It appears that there is no intel-oneapi-runtime package that provides libcilkrts.so.5. This seems like an oversight. It was provided for example in l_comp_lib_2020.4.304_comp.for_redist.tgz
It is in intel-oneapi-compiler-dpcpp-cpp-classic-fortran-shared-runtime-2023.2.3 but that is not accessible at runtime.
