Optimazing intel fortran compiler with vs 2017

I have statistical computation and i've wrote fortran codes with intel compiler
the problem is when i increase the precision to (kind=16) the program getting so slow and taking long time at computation, i am using intel compiler with visual studio 2017
my question: how can i increase %cpu usage please or any ideas else ?
