Can you look at this support issue and see that the Fortran Compiler HAS A PROBLEM?

I just got told to "remove the line from the input that causes the problem"!  I don't think the person reviewing this understands that we don't control user's inputs to these kinds of software!

Linda, it looks as if Ken is still trying to isolate the problem you reported, though I agree that he could have worded one of his replies better. Let me know if you want me to look at it again.

I will -- after he comes back from my last reply -- especially if he gets no further. Do you think he would like to see about 22 other versions of that routine where similar code is used? :-)
