After purchasing the Intel Visual Fortran compiler software, installing it and registering, the touted "Premium" Service is unavailable. It tells me that my user ID and password can't be verified even though I have emails from Intel verifying both. Also, they do not respond to emails enquiries about help. How does one reach a real person at Intel that can answer some basic questions?
