Puzzling error message

I never saw this until I download the latest fortran with the

accompanyiung VS version.

 

This happens sometimes when I am still debugging, and I try to modify source code.

See screen shot.

 

I had to use PAINT to generate this file.

 

Is there an easier way to upload a screen shot?
