Quick Windows for a 64-bit-computer

Yesterday I got a test version of the Intel Fortran Compiler. In the installation guide I coud read, that
- a Quick-Window-Program can be complied,if the compiler is running under Visual Studio Net
- for an application for a 64-bit computer the compiler must be used from the command line.
My question: Is it possible, to get a Quick-Window-application for a 64-bit computer?

You should be able to do this by specifying /libs:qwin when building from the command line.
