Request for Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2024.2.1 Windows Offline Installer

Hello Intel Support,

I am trying to compile Delft3D 4.05.01 from the official Deltares repository on Windows.

My environment is:
- Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
- Visual Studio 2022 Community
- Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit 2024.2.1 installed successfully

I need the Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2024.2.1 Windows offline installer:

w_HPCKit_p_2024.2.1.80_offline.exe

However, when I search Intel Registration Center, it always shows:

"No product downloads found."

Delft3D 4.05.01 requires Intel Fortran Classic (ifort), so I cannot continue without the HPC Toolkit.

Could you please provide:
1. Access to the archived Windows installer, or
2. An official download link for w_HPCKit_p_2024.2.1.80_offline.exe, or
3. Another officially supported way to obtain Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2024.2.1.

I have already installed Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit 2024.2.1.

Only Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2024.2.1 is missing.

If the archived installer is no longer publicly available, could you please grant temporary download access through Intel Registration Center or provide the official archived download URL?

Thank you for your support.

I am sorry but your options are:

1. buy paid support and you get access to the old compilers - call Intel.

2. Read the manual as Delft3D should be aware of the issue and I am positive one of their blokes posts on this site.

3.  The program is 64 bit, so I would think you can use IFX, but ask Delft, you are in the wrong forum probably.

"Delft3D uses ifx as its upgraded Intel Fortran compiler, replacing the older ifort compiler in recent releases like Delft3D 4.07.01 and newer open-source flexible mesh codebases. Compiling the software requires specific toolchain components, configuration steps, and troubleshooting guidelines."
