Hi
I would appreciate any help I can get on the following:
I have installed the 30-day trial version of ifort on a new iMac running Snow Leopard with a 2.93GHz Intel Core i7.
When trying to compile with ifort I get the following message:
kornak$ ifort code91.f90
ifort: error #10001: could not find directory in which g++ resides
I have found a related thread from last year (http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/cdiag10001/) but have been unable to find a solution to the problem.
Do I need to download anything else? Does anyone have a fix?
Thanks
John

Which version of Xcode did you have installed on the system before you installed ifort?

It was Xcode 3.1.3. I updated to 3.2.4, re-installed ifort and it worked fine.
Thanks very much for pointing me in the right direction!!
