Student license expired

My license was expired and I think I can reapply a new one? I am using Intel composer XE 2013 SP1 visual studio 2012.

The Intel compilers are now free for everyone - no license needed. Optimized Tools for HPC Apps Using Intel® oneAPI HPC Toolkit

You will need Visual Studio 2019 - the Community Edition is free. See Installing Microsoft Visual Studio* 2019 for Use with Intel® Compilers for important information.
