V11 integration in VS2008 removes V9 integration in VS2005

For (our) support purposes we still have Intel V9.1 and VS2005 on our systems. When we install V11.1 (054 or 060) and choose "custom install" we select to install into VS2008 only BUT the v9 integration into VS2005 is removed !
We then have to re-run the V9 integration into VS2005 again.

The install replaces the integration in all supported versions of VS. We're discussing ways to make this a bit friendlier to people who want to keep old versions integrated in different VS versions.
