I could not debug my code for a while, and the software said my license expires, so I renewed my license. Then, I still cannot run my code as I could do before. Any advice would be appreciated.

Download Visual Studio 2022 Community, it is free, make sure you install all the parts for Intel Fortran. There are instructions.
Download ONEAPI Base kit, install it, then oneapi 32bit base kit, install it and then oneapi hpc, install it.
Takes about an hour.
If you want a better theme such as the dark red old VS theme, ask.

@yuyat , so sometimes you are lucky and the kind Intel people, @Devorah_H_Intel , provide the instructions in a post. I was just too lazy to go hunt them out. Thankyou @Devorah_H_Intel for correcting my laziness.
