That is a version that is over ten years old. It is not available, but you may try the current version of the Fortran compiler, which does not require a license file or serial number. See the sticky post by @Ron_Green in this forum for details on downloading and installing.

I appreciate your reply, but we have models developed and only working with such old version, this is why I still need it even with your support at the moment until we migrate them to the new versions.

That old version is not available and doesn't support recent versions of Visual Studio. It is very unlikely that your models won't work with the current compiler, unless they have errors. People here will be happy to help you work through issues you may find.
