I have Visual Studio 2005 installed and am trying to upgrade my FORTRAN projects from Composer XE 2011 to Composer XE 2013. Composer XE 2013 seemed to install properly but it does not appear under Options -> Intel Visual Fortran -> Compilers in Visual Studio. How can I get Visual Studio to compile with Composer XE 2013?

That's not a supported combination. See Which versions of Microsoft Visual Studio are supported by various Intel compiler versions?
If your license type is Commercial or Academic, you can download and install the Fortran package that includes Microsoft Visual Studio Shell 2010. The current 2015 version has only one download which will install the Shell if it finds no supported VS and if your license supports that.
