This https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/intel-parallel-studio-xe-compilers-required-microsoft-visual-studio.html says that I have to install Visual Studio to use Intel Fortran Compiler on Windows. After I had installed Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2015 for Windows Desktop I still couldn't find "Compiler Command Prompt" on the Start menu. So I tried to install Visual Studio Community 2019. When I do so, I see a bunch of components which require almost 150 GB in total. Which ones do I actually need to install? I'm not going to use Visual Studio anyway, all I want is to be able to compile my code that I will write using my text editor.
