Steve, could you possibly publish that readme.txt file here? I can't find it on Premier Support (it certainly isn't anywhere near where the main downloadable .exe file is located), and it also isn't part of the download package. As has been noted here in other threads, the P.S. downloads section does not seem to be organized for customer convenience.
