Only licensed users have access to older version downloads.  We do not allow free downloads of older products.  Only the current version is provided for free.

Is there some particular reason that you think an older version is needed?  The latest version is backwards compatible.

We need the old version to compile particular application (version incompatibility) .

What problem do you have using a newer compiler? The only reason you should have an issue is if the code being compiled has errors.
