Where can I get the CVF 6.6C upgrade? IIRC there were a couple iterations of this upgrade released. I want the latest and greatest with the fewest number of known bugs.

Dear Steve,
By the way, would it be possible to obtain the two earlier updates (6.6C1 or
6.6C2, in fact, just the DF.EXE and DECFOR.EXE files for these versionsshould suffice).
The array stride problem introduced in 6.6C3 has never been fixed, so it
would be interesting to use these old versions of thecompiler just for the programs that fail with the current C3 update.
Best regards,
Jean Vezina

please correct me if I am wrong, but in my impression 6.6B is adequate and avoids the 'issues' introduced by the 6.6C(1,2,3) patch.

Er, what 'array stride' problem is that?? I have 6.6c, so should I be worried?

You can look at the compaq.com FTP site - I don't remember if the old updates are there. But you really, really don't want the earlier C updates. C3 is the best of those, and I would recommend that over B.
Of course, bug fixes for CVF stopped a long time ago.
