somehow i can't open the Fortran project in visual studio 2017 and it keeps warnning

What do you mean by "the project"? Are you trying to create a new project, or are you trying to open an existing project?

It may be possible to give suggestions if you post the project file or a copy of the build log that Visual Studio produces.
