cannot active my license

could you please forward this to correct person if this is wrong place, thank you!

Today I installed Intel Fortran 2020 and try to active my license, I always get error as attachment, would you please help me to fix it. thanks. it seems in new version it need server name and port number.

My another computer installed version 2017, there is no any issue and project can be compiled successfully. Now we need to upgrade from 2017 to 2020.

You will need to create a "ticket" at the Intel Online Service Center for this. Nobody here can help with licensing issues.

Dear, I finally fixed the issue.

The reason is that we recently upgraded the domain name, it seems the license server need to be registered again. I clear the previous register information then register it again. it works now.

Again, to submit ticket in the Intel web page is really a bad experience for me, I still cannot submit any ticket. And I also found they lock my account, I have to activate it again.
