My program runs error and show "p0_39303: p4_error: interrupt SIGSEGV:11". When I set P4_GLOBMEMSIZE=536870912, then it shows "p0_39345: p4_error: exceeding max num of P4_MAX_SYSV_SHMIDS256".

This is an MPICH error and is not related to Intel Fortran. I suggest asking about this in a forum or newsgroup dedicated to MPICH.
