install Fortran compiler 11.1 on snow leopard

I am trying to install m_cprof_p_11.1.084 to snow leopard (10.6.2). When I double click the mpkg file in the finder, the installer GUI popped out and said that I don't have write permission to /tmp and /Users/***. I tried install it in terminal by sudo, no luck. Could anyone please help me out? Thanks.

You need to do this installation as an administrative user with permissions on /tmp and /Users. Please log in as an administrative user and try again.

Is your account a admin? Mine is, so I can install ifort by providing my password in a prompt window.

Thanks for reply. I have solved the problem. It was weird that I am an administrator but could not write to /Users/... folder. I changed my permission to those folders and installed IVF.
