I'd be grateful for examples of how to set the kmp_affinity mask from a Fortran program. I found the documentation page http://software.intel.com/sites/products/documentation/studio/composer/en-us/2009/compiler_c/optaps/common/optaps_openmp_thread_affinity.htm but it doesn't go far enough to set me on the right path.
