macOS 11 Big Sur supported in oneAPI but not supported with PSXE 2020 and older Intel Compilers

The Intel Compilers version 2021 provided in the oneAPI HPC Toolkit support macOS* 11.0, 11.1. 

Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2020 for macOS*  and all prior versions of Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE for macOS* are NOT supported with macOS* 11 Big Sur and may not work.  If you are a Parallel Studio XE user, please upgrade from the v19.1 compilers in PSXE to the new v2021 compilers in the oneAPI HPC Toolkit.
