parallel studio does not integrate ?

I download Visual Studio 2019,

and the Parallel Studio XE Cluster, and thought I properly triggered the integrate step.

However, when I go into the VS, I dont see any option to add a new source file (fortran)

Much less COMPILE an existing file.

I was wondering if you know of anyone that can get into my system (Bomgar, TeamViewer)

and check to see if everything got installed properly.

I am willing to pay for a remote help step. Having to do that via remote control is just a waste of time.

Forgot to mention -

I did also download a license file. I was hoping someone could LOOK AT WHAT I Have, and see if there is a problem there.

Uninstall and reinstall Parallel Studio. Leave the license file alone.
