problems about the PCG in CXML

I'm a beginer in use CXML and encountered some problems with the conjugate-gradient methods and need help.

What the relationship between precondition matrix routine "PCONDL","PCONDR" and other precondition routine such as DCREATE_ILU_GENR, DAPPLY_ILU_GENR?

In the chapter 10 "Summary of Iterative Solver Subroutines",there only given the name of various routine, but the Parameters for the Preconditioner Creation Routines such as "DCREATE_ILU_GENR" isn't
given. Where can I find an instuction of this?
