student licence for ifort compiler

I need a student licence for ifort compiler. I normally use it through the department but I need my own to use it freely and I do not want to have to connect to internet each time. So what is the link for it? And hopefully you have a student discount or something? I am not doing something commercial, maybe I can download it free?

We do offer a Student license for Intel Software Development Suite Student Edition for Mac OS X. Only $49. No free license, however.
