same problems with vs 2022.It looks like vs'upgrade is bad idea

16.11.16 is working normally with Fortran.  You likely made an integration install error.   I had that problem on another computer.

Click on Help> About - check if Intel Compilers are listed there.

If they are not integrated, then check if you configured VS correctly.
