I'm trying to use this tool to find bottlenecks and areas for optimization for my UE5 game. I can capture frames with no issues, but I can't open them. I can open frames for other games I have on my system, but it just won't work for my game. I've also installed the GPAPlugin for UE and gotten that to work properly. But I run into the same issue. I can open the streams I capture, but not any individual frame. I can also open traces just fine as well.
Here is the crash report I get when I try to open a frame:
GpaPlayerServer.exe became unresponsive after 100% progress. To get help, contact Intel® Graphics Performance Analyzers Customer Support.

Hi galaxyblast,
Thank you for your post. We strive to enable GPA to work for all games, however as new computer graphics techniques are constantly being developed and used in DirectX 12 and Vulkan there are times when we have gaps in GPA support. I'm sorry to hear that you and are having trouble opening frames you have captured from your game.
I've shared the call stack with the GPA DirectX 12 development team, however it is likely that we will need the game you want to analyze to perform an investigation to see where we can improve GPA's support for your game. Let me know how you would like to proceed. It may also help if you could share the stream you are having issues with. Are you using the newest GPA release 24.4?
Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

Hello. Thank you for the response. I am using the latest release. I can send a frame, or stream if you'd like. It seems like it's too large to attach it in a reply. And I can send my game, I'm just a bit self conscious about it because I'm very new to game development and it's a private project for friends. Though I would very much like to be able to use this tool to learn more about optimization and for future projects. Just let me know what I should do and how.

Hey galaxyblast,
We understand that confidentiality is important with projects and games. The frames would be helpful and using the game binaries we would be able to further diagnose why you might be encountering a crash in GPA Frame Analyzer. If you wouldn't sharing an email that we could contact you at, I can email you and we could continue this conversation there.
Cheers!
